Part 1 — Install the App
Add to Your Home Screen
No App Store. No Google Play. You install it directly from the browser
in 15 seconds. It works like a native app on both iPhone and Android.

iPhone — Safari Browser
Open Safari (not Chrome) on your iPhone.
Go to the address below. Tap the Share button
at the bottom of the screen — it looks like a box with an arrow
pointing up. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
Tap Add. Done.

Android — Chrome Browser
Open Chrome on your Android phone.
Go to the address above. Tap the three dots
in the top-right corner. Tap "Add to Home Screen"
or "Install App". Confirm. The app icon appears
on your home screen immediately.

Sign In
Tap the app icon on your home screen. The login screen appears.
Enter your staff email and password.
These are the same credentials you use for the staff portal.
Contact Devon if you have not received your login details.
Your role determines what you see
Once logged in, the app shows only the tabs and features
appropriate for your role. Managers see everything.
Supervisors and below see a filtered view.
Part 2 — The Three Tabs
What Each Screen Does
The app has three tabs at the bottom. Here is exactly what lives in each one.

Portal updates from the City Corporation.
Campaign alerts. Team briefings.

Part 3 — The EPN Payroll Tab
Enquiry Payroll Notification System
The Payroll tab contains four sub-sections. Each one is a different
view into the in-house payment records system.

Directory
Every payee — staff, artists, vendors, sponsors —
with their payment method and banking details.
Full details visible to managers only.

Payments
Record a payment, track its status, and mark it paid.
When marked paid, a confirmation email fires automatically
to the payee.
🚨
Emergency
Tap-to-call emergency contacts for every person
on the team. Use this on event day.
Visible to all roles.

Enquiry
Submit a payment question or dispute.
Managers resolve enquiries here.
Gold badge on Payroll tab when enquiries are open.
Gold badge on Payroll tab means action required
When a staff member or artist submits a payment enquiry,
the Payroll tab shows a gold dot. Open the tab, go to Enquiry,
read the message, and tap Resolve when handled.
The badge clears automatically.
Part 4 — Campaign Notifications
What the Alerts Mean
The notification system sends emails — not in-app popups.
Here are the three campaign-specific types you will receive.
COUNTDOWN
Event Countdown
Sent 48 hours before each campaign step.
Contains the event name, date, venue, and your role for that day.
Goes to all staff.
BRIEF
Event Day Brief
Sent on the morning of each event.
Full briefing: venue address, contact numbers,
arrival time, and your specific assignment.
ANNOUNCE
Staff Announcement
A message from Devon to the full team.
Read these promptly — they contain decisions
that affect the whole campaign.
WRAP
Event Completed
Sent to managers after each event closes.
Contains the next step in the roadmap
and any immediate action items.
PORTAL
New Portal Message
The City Corporation has posted in the collaboration portal.
Open the Messages tab and reply within the same business day.
Part 5 — The 9-Step Campaign Roadmap
Every Event. Every Date.
Save this. The EVENT_COUNTDOWN notification fires 48 hours before each step —
but you should know the full sequence before it arrives.
